Dragon Quest Treasures is a Action Role-playing game for the Nintendo Switch published by Square Enix in 2022. It is a spinoff in the Dragon Quest series starring the childhood versions of Erik and Mia from Dragon Quest XI.

Development[]

The game was announced as a part of the Dragon Quest 35th Anniversary Steam in May 2021. The game was originally going to a new entry in the Dragon Quest Monsters subseries but, the development team decided to build it off the treasure hunting aspect of Erik and Mia's backstory. The game was rerevealed on June 28 as a part of the Nintendo Direct Mini.
