Donkey Kong Jr. + Jr. Sansū Lesson is a package of Donkey Kong Jr. and Donkey Kong Jr. Math. It initially was made for the Sharp C1 Famicom TV, A TV with a built-in Famicom. There was both games in the package, but there was missing content from both games.
