Disney's Hide & Sneak (JP) is a video game marketed by Disney, starring Mickey Mouse and his love companion, Minnie Mouse. Launched for the Nintendo GameCube system in 2003, the game serves as a successor to Disney's Magical Mirror Starring Mickey Mouse, with the added feature of Minnie being a playable character.

Plot[]

Mickey and his girlfriend Minnie go for a casual walk in the picnic, when Minnie encounters a gigantic, ominous looking mushroom and jumps to lie upon it. Unbeknownst to her the mushroom springs up and blasts her off into space, prompting Mickey to go and rescue her. [1]

Gameplay[]

The game is based on a puzzle-oriented action-adventure type of gameplay. Designed primarily for children, the game is designed with very simplified control mechanics, combined with various puzzles and challenges that have to be tackled throughout the levels.

As well as puzzles, the gameplay also takes upon a mix of platforming and stealth maneuvers (hiding from mushroom foes). To physically take upon enemies as well, both mice are equipped with trick abilities enabling them to pull off different tricks and combos.

The game boasts three unique environmental stages, each described as a warehouse, museum and ruins; it also contains over 30 animated sequences for both characters to hide and sneak. [2]
