Disco Kid is a character from the Punch-Out‼ series. He first and as of yet only appeared in Punch-Out‼ for the Wii. Little Mac fights him early on in the game. He is the only new character to appear in the game, not including Donkey Kong.

Disco Kid has blonde hair and wears blue boxer shorts and gloves. He is a magnificent disco dancer, perhaps loving it even more than boxing. He has various trophies that he displays in his house, and he'll show off his moves when he's boxing his opponents. When he's posing in the ring, the character will be given the perfect chance to go in and attack.

After his initial defeat at the hands of Little Mac, has took up 'Boxercise', and odd mix of boxing and exercise classes. He returned to the ring stronger, a little faster, and with a few new moves. He still posed in the middle of the fight, though.

Disco Kid is said to be based on Kid Quick, but when recoloring a few things on his boxing outfit, he bares a resemblence to Mike Tyson, minus the Cool Factor (although his "Boxercise" outfit in Title Defense makes him more like Richard Simmons).
