The Desiccated Skitter Leaf is a member of the Skitterling Family in Pikmin 3. They are similar to dead leaves in appearance and use this to hide itself from the captains.
Behavior[]
The Desiccated Skitter Leaf will stay motionless until a Pikmin or a captain get close to it. If a Pikmin get close to it, the Desiccated Skitter Leaf will start to quickly and agressively attack it with its mandible-like arms. If a captain get close to it, the Desiccated Skitter Leaf will be afraid and try to run away. It can be killed in one hit if a Pikmin is directly thrown on its back.
