Delia Ketchum (Japanese: ハナコHanako), also known as Mrs. Ketchum or Ms. Ketchum (Japanese: ママさんMama-san) is a recurring character who appeared in Pokémon the Series. She is the mother of Ash Ketchum and, according to Takeshi Shudō's novelizations, the proprietor of Pallet Town's only restaurant, Pallet House, which she inherited from her mother.
Outside of the anime, Delia also appeared in The Electric Tale of Pikachu manga and the Pokémon newspaper comic, and also had a major role in Pokémon Live!
