Dark Meta Knight is the Mirror World version of Meta Knight. He was the secondary antagonist in Kirby & the Amazing Mirror, with Dark Mind being the first. He later reappear as the driving force behind Queen Sectonia's madness in Kirby: Triple Deluxe and as a playable character in Kirby Star Allies.

When he is defeated, Dark Meta Knight breaks apart and shatters, like a broken mirror. This is referenced if he were to die in Kirby Star Allies His appearance is similar to that of Meta Knight, but is different in coloration. His skin is gray, his cape is tattered, and his eyes are more slanted. also, in an official artwork, it is shown that he has a scar over his left eye on his mask. The sword he wields is a copy of Galaxia, the difference being that it is silver, instead of gold and the hooks are square shaped. He has a different mindset than the real Meta Knight in Kirby & the Amazing Mirror, not only never or hardly showing honor, but is nothing but pure, conceited evil. In Kirby Star Allies, however, he seems to have reformed.

Kirby & The Amazing Mirror

His first appearance is in Kirby & the Amazing Mirror, where he captures Meta Knight in the Mirror World. He is eventually defeated by Kirby and his friends.

Kirby: Triple Deluxe

Dark Meta Knight appears out of the Dimension Mirror after King Dedede defeated Shadow Dedede and entered the Mirror World at the end of Dededetour. It serves as the final boss of this extra mode and is also fought in The True Arena.

Kirby Star Allies

Dark Meta Knight came to the game as a Dream Friend in Wave 2. He uses mirrors as a means to attack alongside his sword and also has access to moves usually used by Mirror Kirby in the other games as well as the ability to deflect most enemy projectiles.
