After starting the race and turning right straight into some gates succeeded by a cannon, land on a high slope and turn left you begin journey down the cliff. Jump off of a ramp or travel through some bumps, but watch out for the deep snow. Then, maneuver through some bumps, some speed boosts scattered in them will help you out. Travel around two tough slopes and grab an item while you're at it. After you finish, jump over some deep snow patches or use mushrooms to pass through them. Turn right and finish the lap.
