Déjà VuI & II: The Casebooks of Ace Harding is a compilation port of two home computer games developed by ICOM Simulations. It contains a version of the NES port, Déjà Vu, and the previously un-ported sequel.
The title gives away the mystery of the first game.
Plot[]
In the first game, the player controls a detective with amnesia who has to regain their memory and defeat a conspiracy to frame them for murder and kidnapping.
In the second, they need to repay debts owed to gangsters while being stalked by a hitman.
Gameplay[]
Players interact with the game by using a list of verbs to perform various actions (open, hit, use, etc.) on a display in the corner showing the nearby area.
