Cyrus is the Team Galactic boss. His plan is to re-create the universe, the means of accomplishing his goal varies depending on the game. In Pokémon Diamond and Pearl and its remakes Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, he must acquire by awaking Dialga or Palkia with the red chain and use their power.
