Crash Bandicoot is a video game series created in 1996 by Naughty Dog. The original games were published by Sony Computer Entertainment. Since the sale of the series to Vivendi in 1999, (which has now merged with Sierra Entertainment) the series has become 3rd party. Crash Bandicoot is now owned by Activision since 2007 and Vicarious Visions currently makes the games.
