Computer Mahjong is a Nintendo handheld video game. Released around the same time as Nintendo's Game & Watch games, it's not considered part of the series despite baring similarities such as an LED screen and portability. The game was a bit more complicated than most Game & Watch games with a total of 20 buttons and two switches.
