Description:
Cloud 9 is a colossal, cloud-like kart. It resembles bluish-white cloud. There aren't details to these karts nor there are things. At the front, the cloud is seen smiling with his slender, black mouth. At the back, there is yellow stick-like, pipe-rockets. Inside the rockets, there is nothing but just completely black. The windshield's size and colour is unknown because the cloud covered the windshield.
