City Connection is a Japanese company that was originally founded as a Japanese music label in 2005. They mostly deal with retro games, releasing remasters and ports on modern systems. In 2014, City Connection acquired the rights to Jaleco's game library after their parent company went bankrupt. From then, they worked with Nintendo and HAMSTER to rerelease their old library on services such as Virtual Console and Arcade Archives. In 2019, they acquired developer Zerodiv and their library of Psikyo games. They also established the subsidiary Clarice Games to publish global games in Japan

JALECOlle Famicom Ver[]
This is a project by City Connection to rerelease Jaleco's Famicom lineup. Each release comes with several features and options including a rewind function, a subtitle guide which expands on item and location explanations and translates the Japanese version, achievements and a manual. It started in July 2024. The current plan is for 10 games that will eventually be released in a retail release.
