The chief engineer wears a tall orange hat with a matching jacket over a white shirt. He wears blue pants and red shoes. He has grey hair and black eyes.
Biography[]
The former chief engineer of the factory was enjoying retirement until he was threatened by Descole's henchmen and forced to build an excavation machine, much to his displeasure. He has a habit of giving away information he's not supposed to.
