Chibi-Robo! Photo Finder (JP) is the 4th entry in Chibi-Robo! series. It takes a large departure from the series' norm focusing a lot more on a mission structure and AR similar to how Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity uses it for dungeons. The game is about collecting NostalJunk for Museum displays.
Gameplay[]
The game is split into two parts. The first part takes the typical gameplay of the series into a more mission-like structure when Chibi-Robo helps clean and does various tasks to help characters and generate Happy Points. Chibi-Robo still retains his Watt meter from earlier games so if the player dawdles around, he will power down and lose the job.
The Happy Points can be used to buy templates for NostalJunk to which the player can use to scan real world objects (or images of real world objects). Depending on how accurate the photo is, the object may not transfer. These objects will then populate the museum.
