The Cheep Charger is a small kart that appears in Mario Kart Wii. Its bike counterpart is the Quacker. The Cheep Charger can be unlocked by earning at least a 1 Star Rank on the 50cc Retro Grand Prix. The kart resembles Cheep-Cheep. The Cheep Charger has the best acceleration out of any kart in the game, as well as good handling, drift, and mini-turbo. Its off-road is above average. However, it is the lightest kart in the game, and it also ties with the Daytripper for second slowest kart in the game, as only the Booster Seat surpasses them in this aspect.
