Carlee McManus is an American voice actress who portrays Lemmy Koopa starting in Mario Kart 8. She replaced Lani Minella who portrayed Lemmy in the previous games. Carlee McManus's portrayal is higher and cuter in pitch in comparison to Lani Minella's portrayal of Lemmy.
