Candy Mintblue is a Wind elemental mage in Magical Vacation, and a student at Will-o'-Wisp Academy.

Candy's hair is spiky and brown, parted in the middle with a ponytail on the back of her head. Her eyes are aquamarine in color, which matches most of her outfit. For a torso, Candy wears a blue strapless bodice with frills below her collarbone. Two buckles on her hips are connected to a flowing turquoise dress, layered underneath a smaller pink veil. The welts of her socks are patterned in the same way as her skirt, and she wears a pair of grey slip-ons. Finally, she is equipped with blue cloth gloves that are fastened at the wrist with brass rings.
