Metroid on Nintendo 3DS?
Metroid fans might be in luck! According to UK media personality Jonathan Ross, Nintendo may be announcing that their updated DS, the 3DS, will be getting a Metroid game! So get ready for Samus in 3-D!
In a Twitter exchange covered by IGN, a fan told Ross that while he "[didn't] expect [Ross] to spill anything," he had his "fingers crossed for Metroid." Ross wrote back, "I think you're going to be pleased then..."
Ross, by the way, may best be known to gamers for accidentally announcing Fable III...
So stay tuned for news from Nintendo's upcoming announcement this Wednesday. The gaming giant is expected to give us more details about the launch of the 3DS at simultaneous events in Europe and North America!

I don't know where else to put this so here it goes.
Leaving
After around 4 to 5 years, I have made the decision to quit the Nintendo Wiki. I have had a lot of fun being the admin of the site from its early days on the Nintendopedia to the merger with Wikia, but I feel it is time to move on. I no longer enjoy editing the site as much as I once did and feel that it's been taking up too much of my time. This doesn't mean that I will never come back, but for now I have a lot of issues that I need to take care of and feel that the site and even video games need to be set aside for the moment.
Again, please note that this does not mean that I am leaving permanently.
BattleFranky202 and Ville10 have both been given the ability to promote users.
Legend of Zelda Overhaul
I have noticed that many of the Legend of Zelda pages have been neglected by being left with only moderate definitions especially in the games that aren't as well known. So i am going to start a project to try and make these pages perfect. I would like to know if any of you are willing to help me. And i wanted to know if their is anyway to make group or project pages.
Articles needed
We need to add articles for the stages in super smash bros, melee, and brawl.

Stubs
Hi guys! Wikia has just told me that our spotlight request will be accepted if we remove stub tags from articles that aren't actually stubs. Currently about 2,000 articles are labeled as stubs but a majority of them don't actually need that tag. So, if you come across a page that is a paragraph or more and has a stub tag, please remove the tag! According to Wikia, a stub is typically a page with 300 bytes or less.
