Featured Article - May 2023

This month's featured article is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, to commemorate the upcoming release of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom later this month. This article was nominated a few months ago but it seemed better to wait until this month to feature it.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is an open-world game in The Legend of Zelda series on the Nintendo Switch. Set in an open world Hyrule, the game was in development for several years until its eventual release in 2017 alongside the Switch. The release of Tears of the Kingdom makes it one of the few Zelda games to receive a direct sequel.

Meta Knight is a reocurring character in the Kirby series. He appears often dueling Kirby, as both a mentor and a rival. He wields the legendary sword known as Galaxia. While he always wears a mask over his face, he occasionally loses it, revealing a character similar to Kirby himself.

My opinion on Mario Switch games

The Switch has a great collection of Mario games(some can be considered best in the series). But sometimes I feel that they sometimes feel a little too hand-holdy compared to the ones on previous consoles. I know, I know Mario games are meant to be easy but there is a thing of being too easy.

Featured Article - January 2023

This month's featured article is the Fire Emblem (series) article. This was suggested by King Marth 64 back in september of last year. I waited until the release of Fire Emblem Engage to use this suggestion. Don't forget to suggest A class articles on the Nomination page if you want them to be featured for a month.

The fire emblem series is an old Nintendo series that goes back to 1990 with the release of Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light on the Famicom. As of last month, the series counts 17 mainline entries spread across the majority of Nintendo's consoles. Including the NES, SNES, GBA, Nintendo GameCube, Wii, Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS, and Nintendo Switch. spinoffs were also released on other platforms like Mobile and the Wi…

Why Paper Mario Color Splash Isn’t that bad.

Paper Mario Color Splash is often viewed at as a lame game. People didn’t like the way the game used the Gamepad, the fact that there were no companions, and all the NPCS were toads. I want to defend this game real quick. Although it didn’t have any companions, it was still, funny, interesting, and fun to play through. I even beat the game 5 times, just for the fun of it! Paper Mario color splash is my favorite Paper Mario game because of how unique it is and the humor it has. Metacritic may have given it a 76, but I give it a 96.

Get shelled to it! This month's article is Koopa Troopa.

Koopa Troopas (commonly shortened to Koopas or occasionally Troopas) are turtle-like creatures with removable shells that come in many different colors, with Red and Green Koopa Troopas being the most common; Green Koopa Troopas usually walk back and forth without any concerns for pits or other obstacles, and Red Koopa Troopas usually walk back and forth without falling off of their platforms. They are common enemies in the Mario series, usually displayed as foot soldiers of the Koopa Troop, under the direct leadership of Bowser. Since Super Mario 64, however, not all Koopa Troopas work for Bowser (or any other villain), some of whom even act as allies to Mario during his adventures, and hav…
