Birthday Girl (known as the Royal Ribbon in PAL regions), is a starter kart appearing in Mario Kart 7.
As the North American name implies, it is a kart designed typically for female characters. Though, male characters can also ride in this vehicle. It is an old fashioned, slightly small pink buggy-like or pram-like kart. It has a magenta spotty, firm ribbon attached to it and smaller ribbon at the back. At the front, a gigantic ribbon with small, circular badge can be seen. At the back, it has two, incredibly small seed-sized red lights and two disused lights. Also, in the front, there are small, white pieces of shattered paper acting like a feeble windshield.
