Baneful Bunker (トーチカ, Pillbox) is a non-damaging Poison-type move introduced in Generation VII. It is the signature move of Toxapex.
Effect[]
The user of Baneful Bunker will become protected from every moves including damage dealing ones for the remaining of the turn. It is an increased priority move and will always happen first in the turn. It cannot be used two turns in a row and will inflict the poison status effect to any attacker that makes contact with the user without being themselves immunised against said status effect. The protection of Baneful Bunker can however be bypassed by moves such as Shadow Force, these kind of moves also remove Baneful Bunker's protection for the rest of the turn. If a Z-Move is used on Banefuf Bunker, the user can only negate 75% of the damages and will still take 25% of the intended damage, this does not remove Baneful Bunker however. Baneful Bunker is also unable to negate any damage caused by climate, hazards and status effects.
