Aya Hisakawa (born November 12, 1968) is a Japanese voice actress is affiliated with Aoni Production perhaps best known for providing the voice of Palutena in the Kid Icarus: Uprising and Super Smash Bros. series.
Outside Nintendo, Hisakawa is notable for Sailor Mercury in Sailor Moon, Skuld in Oh My Goddess!, Kero from Cardcaptor Sakura, and Bulma in the Dragon Ball series since 2018.
