Art Academy: Home Studio (Art Academy: Atelier in PAL regions) was the fourth main entry in the Art Academy series and the first entry for consoles. It was developed by Headstrong Games and was released on the Wii U in 2015. It is the first entry to use charcoal as a writing utensil and supports YouTube uploads of time-lapsed drawings. In North America, the game is only available on the eShop service.
Gameplay
There are 30 lessons in total.
Like Sketchpad, the game supports exporting to Miiverse or a SD card. Users can also upload time-lapses of their creations to YouTube.
Development
The game was announced alongside Art Academy: SketchPad as the full version, with lessons and other tools.
