Aretha II: Ariel no Fushigi na Tabi (アレサII アリエルの不思議な旅 ) is a Super Nintendo Entertainment System game developed by Japan Art Media and publisher by Yanoman.
Plot[]
The ambitions of the Vandal Empire were thwarted by the work of Ariel and others. Ariel became the Queen of the Kingdom of Aretha, and she ruled fairly, but one day Doole sent a letter to Ariel asking for help. In response to the voices of his former companions, Ariel decided to leave, leaving the kingdom to his vassals.
Gameplay[]
The sequel to Aretha the Super Famicom. In battle, enemies appear in up to four directions, similar to the SNES version of Aretha, but unlike the SNES version of Aretha, there may be no enemies in front of them. In other words, in the case of a side attack or a back attack, you must first change the direction. It also differs in that the combat damage is quantified, so that it is possible to distinguish between the enemy that has hit and the enemy that has not yet hit. In addition, the function that prevented the BGM from being interrupted in the SNES version of Aretha was abolished, and the BGM performance became the same as a general work.
A system mist worm that synthesizes the wreckage of defeated monsters and souls to create original equipment. When you place a soul on the altar, a fairy will appear and synthesize it. There are 6 types of soul, fire, water, wind, soil, light, and darkness, and the finished product changes depending on the ratio of synthesis and the position of placement.
