Arbiter's Grounds [Edit] [Talk]

Arbiter's grounds is the fourth dungeon of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. It is located at the far end of the Gerudo Desert, just north of the Bulblin Camp. It is also a ruined location in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

History

Arbiter's grounds was originally a prison before it fell into ruin. It was used as a prison for only Hyrule's worst criminals, before they were sentenced to execution or life time imprisonment in the Twilight Realm. The mirror of twilight and chamber of the sages were located at the top of this prison. By the time of Breath of the Wild only ruins of the building remains.

Into Ruin

By the time of the events of Twilight Princess, all that is left of the once mighty prison are empty ruins. One of the last known prisoners at the grounds was Ganondorf. However, when the sages tried to execute him, the Triforce of Power prevented his death and they trapped him in the mirror of twilight.

Themes

The main theme of this dungeon is sand, meaning that link is constantly avoiding being sucked down under. The other theme is undead enemies meaning you fight multiple Stalfos, Stalkin, and even a few Redead Knights. Remenicent of Ocarina of Time, you must also fight four poes to relight four torches. after beating the miniboss death sword you get the dungeon's item, the Spinner. The boss of arbiter's grounds is a giant skeleton named Stallord who Zant reanimates using the sword of twilight.
