Arbiter's grounds is the fourth dungeon of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. It is located at the far end of the Gerudo Desert, just north of the Bulblin Camp. It is also a ruined location in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

History

Arbiter's grounds was originally a prison before it fell into ruin. It was used as a prison for only Hyrule's worst criminals, before they were sentenced to execution or life time imprisonment in the Twilight Realm. The mirror of twilight and chamber of the sages were located at the top of this prison. By the time of Breath of the Wild only ruins of the building remains.
