Andrew Scott Rannells (born August 23, 1978) is an American actor and voice actor born in Omaha, Nebraska. His Nintendo are mostly from the Pokémon, most notably as James in Pokémon Live! (his fellow voice actor/director Darren Dunstan (who portrayed Giovanni) and Harley in Pokémon the Series.
