Alice (アリス, Arisu) is the protagonist of the game Balloon Kid which was made for the Game Boy. She is the second main character for the Balloon Fight series, but is the only main character of that series to actually play some sort of plot, and have an identity. Also another unique point is that unlike Balloon Fighter, Alice has the ability to remove her balloons and walk on the ground, as well as the ability to jump. Her game was remade in a color version, though it was only for Japan, as well as an offset but Hello Kitty and characters of her series replaced those of Balloon Kid.

Here comes trouble

Alice and her younger brother Jim live in the small town of Pencilvania, everyday they would play around with balloons and loved to fill them up and see how they floated in the sky. Then one day Jim decides to fill up a bunch of balloons to match the colors of the rainbow, since he was too small and light he floated off with the balloons. Alice seeing this happening she starts to blow up her balloons and floats away to save her brother.

That's not it

Unfortunately she notices some enemies and objects that make her fall behind. However with the abilities she can use, she can dodge her enemies. Besides her brother drops balloons so Alice won't get lost, and he hopes she can rescue him.
