Akira Kinashi is a producer for Nintendo that mainly works on the Pokémon series. He joined in 2002 as Technical Support, mostly helping with the localizations of the main Pokémon titles, and later becoming a coordinator.

Eventually, Kinashi succeeded Hitoshi Yamagami as Nintendo's producer for the Pokémon and Kirby series, as well as other games such as Tetris 99.
