Akio Otsuka (born November 24, 1959) is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and narrator from the Tokyo who is attached to Mausu Promotion. In Nintendo, Otsuka is known for Solid Snake in the Metal Gear series, Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Otsuka is notable outside Nintendo as Black Jack in Black Jack, Jigen Daisuke in Lupin III, Shunsui Kyouraku in Bleach, Blackbeard in One Piece, Wamuu in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and Anavel Gato in Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory.

- Akio Otsuka is the son of the late voice actor Chikao Otsuka, Dr. Eggman's former Japanese voice actor. Both of them work in several projects such as Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.
