Appearances[]

Main Pokémon games[]

Other Pokémon games[]

Aipom made several cameo appearances such as in Pokémon Stadium where it appeared in the "Eager Eevee" minigame. In the minigame, Aipom was the one that lifted up the basket that contained fruits which the player controlling Eevee must get. Aipom was also available as a Shadow Pokémon in Pokémon Colosseum.

Super Smash Bros. series[]

Trophy descriptions[]

In the anime[]

In Slaking Kong!, an Aipom stole Ash Ketchum's hat. After eventually returning it, she started following Ash and his friends. After making an unsuccessful attempt in the previous episode, Ash caught Aipom in Channeling the Battle Zone!. In Throwing the Track Switch, Ash traded her to Dawn for Buizel because Aipom loved competing in Pokémon Contests while Buizel was more interested in Gym battles. Aipom evolved into Ambipom in Journey to the Unown! In To Thine Own Pokémon Be True!, she was given to O in order to train and become a ping-pong champion at his training center in Vermilion City.
