Spike Chunsoft Co., Ltd. (en japonés: 株式会社スパイク・チュンソフト; en hepburn: Kabushikigaisha Supaiku Chunsofuto) es una compañía japonesa desarrolladora y localizadora de videojuegos, especializada en los videojuegos de rol y novelas visuales. La compañía fue fundada en 1984 como Chunsoft Co., Ltd y es el resultado de una fusión en 2012, con la compañía Spike. Es propiedad de Dwango, una compañía japonesa de telecomunicaciones.
Crearon juegos como las primeras cinco entregas de Dragon Quest y la franquicia Mystery Dungeon como Chunsoft, y la serie Conception como Spike Chunsoft. También desarrollaron títulos como The Portopia Serial Murder Case, la serie Sound Novel (que consiste en Otogirisō, Kamaitachi no Yoru, Machi y 428: Shibuya Scramble) y la serie Zero Escape como Chunsoft. Spike desarrolló Danganronpa antes de la fusión.
