I mean, in general, that can just be found out by looking at the credits of the game. The game only lists those two as responsible for music. In other games, it can be a little less clear in that the game's Sound Director can also compose music. Nintendo is generally good about crediting who worked on a game. I assume this is where the person gets their start aside from seeing people who worked on the last entry.
Also, just for reference, I've avoided mentioning the person's name because they seem to dislike being pestered for this stuff. The information they've provide is a very nice benefit to the wiki and I'd rather not scare away good contributors to the wiki. It isn't too hard to figure out who've I been referring to if you look into the page's edit history for a few of the composers.
